Consent Form Template

Written consent is signed before each interview, covering: scope of use (website / exhibition / publication), whether attribution is permitted, and willingness to be contacted afterwards.

Anonymity Option

Interviewees may choose to remain anonymous. Anonymous entries contain no faces, no identifiable landmarks, and no real names.

Review and Withdrawal

Interviewees may review the transcript before publication; after publication they may request withdrawal at any time. Withdrawn entries are taken offline, with a record retained.

Handling Sensitive Information

Content involving income details or family information is redacted or obscured.
